These cohorts are designed to bring non-profit leaders together for 3 in-person days of powerful cohort-based learning.
Program includes:
24 hours of interactive, hands-on, in-class learning with a small cohort size
2 one-on-one coaching sessions with a Professional Certified Coach
Completion and debrief of the EQi2.0 Emotional Intelligence instrument
Certificate of Completion in "Leader as Coach (for Non-Profits)"
As a cohort, we will come together to discover, discuss, and create solutions to challenges you as a leader of a non-profit are facing. Through learning who you are as a leader, building skills using a coach-approach, and engaging as an inclusive leader, you will drive the performance of your team and the success of your organization.
To maximize applied learning, in-class sessions have been scheduled over six weeks to allow a chance to exercise the skills you are gaining in real time. You will also have one-on-one coaching sessions embedded throughout the program to support you in pushing your skills to the next level.
Cost (Alberta-based):
$600*
*Total cost is $1800 + GST, payable to the program provider. However, this program is eligible for Canada-Alberta Job Grant funding (covering 2/3 of the cost), reducing the employer amount to only $600.
Grant processing is typically ~30 days for processing. Full details on the grant program can be found on Canada-Alberta Job Grant website.
For participants applying from a location at least 100 km outside Edmonton or Calgary, you may be eligible for additional funding for travel expenses. Full details are available in Appendix A of the Applicant Guide.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Cancellations made 30+ days in advance of Day 1 of the program will be eligible for a full refund. If cancelling 14-29 days in advance, a 50% refund will be issued. Within 14 days of the start date, the program fee is fully non-refundable.
