EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE & CHANGE

NAVIGATING CHANGE & EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE: for TEAMS

Change is hard!

The experience of change, for ourselves and in our work as a team, is challenging – and let’s face it…that’s an understatement.

When we think about what we encounter in change, the core of most of our experiences can be located within our Emotional Intelligence (EI) – those skills we hold that influence the way we see and express ourselves, communicate effectively, develop relationships, cope with challenges, and how we leverage emotions to effectively solve problems and make decisions.

Building awareness of and development of Emotional Intelligence is a critical skillset within the workplace – in leadership and across the organization. This hands-on, multi-day offering will explore Emotional Intelligence, build awareness of strengths and gaps, identify how our EI supports and hinders us through change, and how we can leverage our EI for success.

Ideal for teams and leaders who are committed to a flexibility and adaptability, and who want to show up with heart. Learning as a comprehensive team, we will:

  • Build a foundation in the realm of Emotional Intelligence (EI)

  • Develop base understandings of where each person is at with their EI

  • Create awareness as to why EI matters as professionals

  • Expand communication capacity through listening, curiosity, and authenticity

  • Build skills around giving & receiving feedback

  • Explore how to leverage emotional intelligence to drive connection

The program engages numerous hands-on activities to build practical skills leaders and teams can use with their teams and in the organization as a whole.
