Explore who you are as a leader, develop your coach-approach to drive performance, and discover the exponential capacity inclusive leadership creates. Ideal for Directors and Managers, this three-day program will offer a powerful combination of in-class learning, as well as one-on-one coaching to allow for deeper leadership exploration on an individual level.

DATES: October 24, November 14, December 5 (Thursdays)
TIME: 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM (each day)
LOCATION: TBD (central Calgary)
3 days of interactive, hands-on in-class learning
3 one-on-one coaching sessions with a Professional Certified Coach
Completion and debrief of the EQi2.0 Emotional Intelligence instrument

As a cohort, we will come together to discover, discuss, and create solutions to challenges you as a leader of a non-profit are facing. Through learning who you are as a leader, building skills using a coach-approach, and engaging as an inclusive leader, you will drive the performance of your team and the success of your organization.
To maximize applied learning, in-class sessions have been scheduled over six weeks to allow a chance to exercise the skills you are gaining in real time. You will also have one-on-one coaching sessions embedded throughout the program to support you in pushing your skills to the next level.
Each learning cohort will be limited to a maximum of 14 participants.
*Priced for accessibility for non-profit organizations. Total cost is $1800 + GST, payable to the program provider. However, this program is eligible for Canada-Alberta Job Grant funding (covering 2/3 of the cost), reducing the employer amount to only $600.
Grant applications must be submitted and approved prior to program start date and take at least 30 days for processing. Full details on the grant program can be found on Canada-Alberta Job Grant website.
For participants applying from a location at least 100 km outside Edmonton or Calgary, you may be eligible for additional funding for travel expenses. Full details are available in Appendix A of the Applicant Guide.
